Day 29: Friday the 13th

The title is generic because my day wasn’t extraordinary. For the first time in post-grad history, it’s kind of been mundane. However, the bright side of Friday the 13th is that I finally received my diploma today. You can look at my Instagram (@thutexas) for a picture. That very expensive piece of paper finally came into my possession. It’s all hung up in its frame, all of my hours and stress for that off-white piece of paper.

I watched some of the World Cup today, because that’s a thing people do. And my brother came home for the weekend. We binged on s’mores and caught up on laughs.

Time moves ever so slowly upon a day you’re waiting for now, doesn’t it?
